1. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.


2. How long does shipping take?

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.


3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. There are no hidden shipping fees.


4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Lakeland Lux Clean ships within the United States only.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify.


7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.


9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After shipment, the return policy will apply.


10. What payment methods do you accept?

11. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
