We proudly offer free shipping on every order within the United States — no minimum purchase required.
Your comfort should begin the moment you order, not when you pay extra for delivery.


Delivery Options & Timeframes

We provide two convenient delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and order size. All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment centers.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.


Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
You can use it to check your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date in real time.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.


Shipping Locations

Currently, Lakeland Luxe Clean ships to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we’re working to expand our delivery options soon.


Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Carrier issues beyond our control

If your order is delayed, our customer service team will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
Lakeland Luxe Clean is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize there’s an error after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can correct it before shipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund promptly.
